The England manager has opted to stick with the same Three Lions selection that secured victory against Andorra and produced a stellar display in Serbia last month, leaving no room for the Real Madrid star and the Manchester City attacker in his selection for the upcoming friendly against the Welsh side and the World Cup qualifier in Latvia.
Although Phil Foden pushing for a recall after regaining his top condition at his club, and Jude Bellingham having returned for Real Madrid following shoulder surgery, the head coach has decided against including two of the country's biggest offensive stars. Bellingham has been in the starting lineup only once for his club since his return.
The England boss has made room for Bukayo Saka, who is back to fitness and has been restored in place of his injured Arsenal teammate the sidelined player. The experienced attacker has not received a return to the squad.

The national team coach expressed his admiration for the vibrancy in the previous selection and appears determined to maintaining the vibe. The Newcastle defender, who started at the defensive flank in the convincing victory in Belgrade, has been ruled out due to a knee injury. The manager has opted against selecting a like-for-like substitute for the Magpies star but has included John Stones, who had to pull out previously. He has spoken about the centre-back's importance for the national team and has suggested deploying him in the middle of the park.
No spot has been found for Adam Wharton, who was called up last month but pulled out injured and was replaced by Ruben Loftus-Cheek.
Tuchel said: “It was only three weeks since the previous gathering and the most recent victory, the last performance, so the question was why not bring the same group in because they set the standard. Now it is about building routines out of it. We have unfortunately two injuries at the moment with Tino and Madueke and we bring of course the Arsenal forward in to take the place of Noni. The defender was a late call-up last time; he will stay in camp.”
